This is a working draft written to cover what the booking form actually collects. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel read it — especially the messaging section — before the site is public.
When you book a free class through this site, we collect: your first and last name, mobile number and email address; what you told us you're training for and how often you currently train; anything you chose to tell your coach about injuries or limitations; the class you picked; and how you found us (the link or ad you arrived from).
When you sign the waiver we also record the time you signed, your time zone, your browser and device, your IP address, and which version of the waiver was on your screen. That record is what makes an electronic signature hold up.
What you write in "anything your coach should know" is shown to gym staff and nobody else. We are not a healthcare provider and this is not a medical record. Don't send us anything more detailed than a coach needs to keep you safe.
Just Train staff, and the software we run the gym on. We do not sell your information and we do not hand it to advertisers.
Email hello@justtrain.training to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting your record does not delete a signed waiver — we're required to keep that.
When you ticked the box at booking, you agreed to receive text messages about that booking: a confirmation, your waiver link, and one reminder before class.
Message frequency varies — expect roughly three messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of training with us.
Reply STOP to any message and they end immediately. Reply HELP for help, or call the gym. You can also just tell a coach.
We won't text you marketing you didn't ask for, and we won't pass your number to anyone else to text you. Booking a free class puts you on a booking thread, not a marketing list.
